PRIVACY POLICY
Pipeline Lifeline is a DBA operated by TLE Branded, LLC. This policy explains how information is used
and protected.
1. Information Collected
We may collect the following types of personal information: Contact Information Name Email address Phone number We do not share: SMS/text message opt-in data, SMS consent records, SMS phone numbers with any third parties except approved SMS service providers required to deliver messaging services. We do not sell or share mobile information with affiliates or third parties for marketing purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Messaging services.
2. How Information Is Used
To provide follow-up services, organize customer data, send reminders, and improve service function.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or disclose customer information. Data is used only to perform services you hire us
for.
4. Data Ownership
All data belongs to the client. Upon termination with a zero balance, a CSV export will be provided.
5. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect all information.
6. Compliance
Client confirms they have proper consent to provide customer data for messaging (TCPA, CAN-SPAM,
A2P).
7. California Rights
Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Pipeline Lifeline is a service operated by TLE Branded, LLC, a California limited liability company. By
using our website, services, or SMS communications, you agree to the following:
1. Month-to-Month Service
Service is month-to-month. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Service continues
through the notice period and must be paid in full.
2. Payment Terms
All fees are due upfront before monthly service begins. Additional bundles must be paid in advance.
Fees are non-refundable.
3. Intellectual Property
All workflows, scripts, automations, and processes are the exclusive intellectual property of TLE
Branded, LLC. They may not be copied, shared, resold, or reused outside active service.
4. Data Ownership and Privacy
Client owns all customer data. Pipeline Lifeline will never sell, share, or use client data outside of
providing contracted services.
5. Data Return
A CSV export of customer data will be provided only after the 30nday termination period AND once the
client's balance is paid in full.
6. No Guarantees
No guarantees of conversions, revenue, or outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

By providing your phone number or email through any form on our website, you expressly consent to the following: SMS/Text Message & Call Consent You consent to receive: SMS/text messages MMS messages Phone calls (manual and automated) Emails These communications may be sent for: Appointment reminders Policy information Quotes Customer service Marketing and promotional purposes Message frequency varies.
